Service desk - Freshmen

Through the service help desk, you will have all the support and assistance necessary to start your university career in the best possible way, thanks to the experience of a student who has already graduated from the University.

Peer tutors are available to freshmen to talk about the exam session or to learn about opportunities and activities offered by the University. Email tutor@iulm.it or visit us at the Info Point (IULM 1, 4th floor)

Throughout the month of October 2024, peer tutors are available to freshmen according to the following schedule:

• Arts and cultural events: Tuesday from 3pm to 4pm; Wednesday from 9:30am to 10:30am;
• Communication, Media and Advertising: Wednesday from 10:30am to 11:30am (except October 9th) and 1:30pm to 2:30pm;
• Corporate Communication and Public Relations: Tuesday from 9:30am to 10:30am and 1:30pm to 2:30pm; Thursday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm;
• Interpreting and Communication and Languages, Culture and Digital Communication: Tuesday from 9:30am to 10:30am; Thursday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm;
• Fashion and Creative Industries: Tuesday from 3pm to 4pm; Wednesday from 9:30am to 10:30am;
• Tourism, management and culture: Tuesday from 3pm to 4pm; Wednesday from 9:30am to 10:30am;
• Corporate communication and public relations: Thursday from 10:30am to 12am.
